The Freejump Airbag is a lightweight and comfortable safety vest that protects vital areas such as the neck, back, pelvis, chest, and internal organs in the event of a fall. It is certified according to the NF S72-800-2022 standard – the first official certification for equestrian airbags – and meets the highest standards for inflation speed, impact absorption, and coverage.
Fully inflated in just 98 milliseconds (size S), it offers frontal, lateral, and spinal protection. Its close fit, combined with elastic and breathable materials, ensures lasting comfort – even during long rides.
Compatibility & Wear Options The Freejump Airbag is designed to be worn over a thin base layer or under a certified competition jacket. It is compatible with jackets from brands like Penelope, Pikeur, Tommy Hilfiger, Vestrum, and more.
Please note: for safety reasons, the activation cord must exit from the bottom of the jacket – not through a dedicated hole.
Sizing & Fit Available in children's sizes S and L, and adult sizes XXS to XXL. Sizes XS to L are also available in a longer version (indicated with a “T”). Children must be at least 130 cm tall and weigh 25 kg or more.

Cartridges & Maintenance The Freejump Airbag uses original Freejump cartridges (50cc, 60cc, or 85cc depending on size). Reloading is quick and secure. The vest comes with a 2-year warranty, extendable to 4 years upon registration on the Freejump website.
