Inno Sense
Trust’s Inno Sense bits are the ideal choice for young or sensitive horses. Made from FDA-approved, non-toxic plastic without plasticisers, they offer a soft and comfortable alternative to traditional metal mouthpieces. Many horses accept the bit quickly and follow the rider’s hand with ease.
Inno Sense mouthpieces are available in two thicknesses — indicated in the product name by number. The 15 mm version is the slim fit design—ideal for horses with smaller mouths or when used in a double bridle combination. The 20 mm version is our standard thickness and suits a wide range of horses.
Proper placement on the bars—the toothless part of the jaw—prevents contact with teeth or molars. However, damage from biting can occur in horses with dental issues or those that lift the bit with their tongue. While TRUST Equestrian guarantees the quality and workmanship of Inno Sense bits, damage caused by biting is not covered under warranty.
Every horse is different, and selecting the right bit plays a key role in comfort, communication, and performance. A properly fitted bit prevents pressure points, slipping, and discomfort—helping your horse stay soft, responsive, and confident in the contact.

Weymouth Bits – Fixed & Non-Fixed, Regular & Baby
The Weymouth is used in combination with a bradoon, forming the so-called double bridle. This setup requires either a double bridle or an extra cheekpiece to accommodate both bits. The Weymouth is a bit with leverage effect, designed to apply pressure on the poll and chin. It always comes with a curb chain, which must be properly adjusted to prevent the bit from rotating too far and to ensure it lies correctly in the horse’s mouth.
There are two types of Weymouths: fixed and non-fixed. The fixed Weymouth provides more direct communication between rider and horse, while the non-fixed Weymouth allows the mouthpiece to move up and down, making the aids softer and more indirect.
Both types come in two versions: the standard Weymouth, which has longer shanks and therefore a stronger leverage effect, and the Baby Weymouth, with shorter shanks and a milder action.
Whether you choose fixed or non-fixed, standard or baby, each variation offers a different level of pressure and responsiveness. These bits are designed for fine-tuned communication—but only when used with precision and understanding.
Important note: Weymouth bits should only be used by professional riders. Due to the leverage effect and complexity of the double bridle, incorrect use or poor fitting can cause discomfort or even harm to the horse. Always ensure the curb chain is correctly adjusted and that the bit fits your horse properly.
Port Hard
The Inno Sense Port Hard is made from a firmer elastic synthetic material than the Port Medium. While still offering some tongue freedom through the port, this bit provides a more solid and defined feel in the hand. It shifts the pressure more directly to the bars and is suited for horses that respond well to a bit with a stronger, clearer effect.
