Horse & Balance is an online equestrian store for riders who want to work consciously towards their horse’s welfare and performance. We believe that sustainable progress in equestrian sport begins with care, knowledge and attention to comfort, not with quick fixes.

Not every rider has the opportunity to receive in-depth guidance in horse management. That’s why we share our knowledge and experience, informed by our studies in equine welfare and training, to help riders make well-informed decisions for their horse.

How we work

Online store

In our webshop, you will find a carefully selected range of products that fit our philosophy, supporting well-being, comfort, safety and long-term development for both horse and rider.

Bit & bridle fitting

During a bit or bridle fitting, we take a close look at how the bit and bridle influence your horse and how your horse responds to aids. The aim is to improve fit, avoid pressure points and create a more consistent and balanced contact.

Magnetic and Massage Therapy

With the Activo-Med system, we offer PEMF therapy (pulsed electromagnetic therapy), also known as magnetic therapy, often combined with massage. This is available both through treatment sessions and through the purchase of an Activo-Med system.

Custom made riding boots

In our showroom, through an online session or during a visit to your yard, we fit made-to-measure Kingsley riding boots. We advise on fit and comfort in relation to your equestrian lifestyle, while you create the design and style of your boots entirely to your own preference.

Rider safety

We are happy to advise and demonstrate safety products such as Freejump airbags, helmets and stirrups. With ongoing developments in this product category, we help you choose the products that suit you best as a rider.

Consultations & guidance

If you feel things are not quite coming together with your horse, you can book a lesson or consultation. Together, we take a look at the full picture, training, tack and overall management, and analyse where improvements can be made to support balance and long-term performance.

On location, online or in the showroom

Depending on the service, we visit you on location, arrange an online session or welcome you by appointment to our showroom, where there is time for advice, fittings and demonstrations.

Partnering with professionals

We work with a network of experienced equine professionals and specialists who use their knowledge to support your horse’s well-being. By sharing knowledge and working together, we take a broader view and offer more complete guidance.
